Yup, quiet roads are a calling.
Leave Exeter at 9am, back there by 1130-1200.
Route to be confirmed so get your permission slips and letters to santa sorted early.

Ditto.... prep duties for entertaining the 'olds' expected of me. Know what I'd prefer!

Due to a family change of plan I might be able to make this one; weather dependant also.
What's the route? Hopefully through the dry bits

Went out yesterday for a local bimble. Most of the notamain roads were awful and it will be quite showery, at least in North Devon, tomorrow. Fingies crossed for young Phil's sortie on Thursday.

Glad you pulled the plug on this one Si' as I am in the 'bed ridden and coughing up nastiness' business myself - have been for several days now and was about to jib out also.

Sounds like it Alan. Been laid up since Monday myself Even now am still not sleeping much and coughing up a gold watch and chain every ten minutes. Have had to turn down a cash job and cancel our Christmas getaway to Sussex and Kent too. 2023 has not been the best year for us in many ways
