I've asked Lindsay for the price this year and will post here as soon as he's finished with his calculator.

Just got this from Lindsay:-
"Good morning Brian,
I’m afraid that it is our Man v Horse Race on 14th June, the biggest event in our calendar, and the hotel has been fully booked since last year. Also, we are about half booked up on both of the two following weekends. However, either of the two weekends before the 14th are still available if that would be possible for you.
Let me know and I can then work out a price for you.

Hi Brian,
I’ve blocked out the same rooms as your group used in 2024 for you, and had a look at the prices. I’m afraid that things are only going in one direction, as I am sure that you are well aware, and we would have to charge £145 per head for the 2 nights of bed, breakfast and evening meal, for it to be viable.
Let me know if this is still acceptable for you, and if it is, would you want a couple more rooms blocking out in case some more people want to attend?
