Is that a Lister in there?

The chap who spotted it reckons it might be a cement mixer engine so yes, probably a Lister.
It's parked at a cafe/farm shop close to the A38 near Tewkesbury apparently and was definitely rideable at some time. There's more there than meets the eye at first glance e.g.check out the drive chain tensioner.

Fair to say that bike has seen better days. wheels and tyres don't look to bad but the rest
