Had a nice little bimble in the winter sunshine today. Rode over to Seaton to meet up with Richard McJug to talk bikes and b######s over tea and coffee at The Quayside Cafe for an hour or so; then home via Axminster, Chard, Yarcombe and some lanes less travelled so as to miss the god-awful A30 traffic jams at the roadworks near Monkton - there's no substitute for local knowledge eh?

..
Anyone else manage to get out for a ride in the sun?

Yup, went out with a Muddy newbie. Did about 50 miles of the finest Devon mud that for once was where it was supposed to be instead of hiding potholes on the local tarmac.
Nice to get out, strange to not be soaked through upon startup though.

Couldn't come out with you and Rich. Will be taking advantage of the forecast for Wednesday though.....

Was lovely to be out on the bike, and it's always fun the first ride of the year on my big girl (1190 Adv) and even better to meet up with a buddy for a coffee and a chat.
