Car electrics - specifically towbar

Just fitted a towbar to my car but have not yet fitted electrics. I need a single socket 12N to tow a bike trailer or trailer tent. I think I have to fit an audible relay but am unsure what to buy and how to fit. Some of the the relays down at HALFRAUDS wire to the battery or fusebox and some do not. Help please.
