How dare you cast dispersions on my moral fibre. If I pick up what I need in town then i wont need to go near Mill Bay!!!!! Not until after 11 when it gets so cold they give a discount just to get warm!!!!!

Bran is usually a good source of fibre

I find people who eat bran are usually full of siht! In a fcuk styleeee!
