Where to get batteries

I need to get a new battery for the SV, where in plymouth can i get a no-genuine one?

na honestly m8 best bet is look on yell.com u can numbers and addy's there too just look up batteries plymouth

I've used Plymouth Batteries, in stock and not bad on price. Near Marsh mills cant say more than that, I don't know Plymouth to well either. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Looking at the SV manual...battery under the riders seat...

You might be in luck if it's an unsealed one...they are only £25 ish and last for 2 yrs plus

If it is a sealed one though...looking at around £50...

Don't goto a bike place or Halfords etc they usually charge too much £'s...best to whip out the yellow pages and find some company that deals purely in batterys :D

You can get them at CMS, just off North Hill, just past mutley in a one way street.
I got mine there at a good price

I got one from CMS for my old SV, cost about £49 I think.

You can get cheaper mail order, but make sure its exactly the right type.
Some have very similar codes but are physically different sizes.

So did mine age. ITs not difficult. You got fill it up with the acid and leave it for 3 hours and job done.

Even I managed it, ok maybe Dodgy helped me....! :lol:
