New Bike Time?

Oh joy! This morning about 9:30am i was knocked off my bike thanks to a complete and utter tosser who did not look an did not give way to his right. This happened in St Austell next to Asda on a roundabout.. but hey.. for all the traffic on the road.. NO ONE SAW IT! Not the cars behind me.. not the car behind the bloke who pulled out infront of me.. no one.. so now i have a totalled Bandit, a broken wrist and no witnesses!.. oh an theres not a scratch on his 2006 Ford Focus.. bar a rubber mark on his rear right hand wheel.

Didnt really get much info on it.. copper got his details for me.. i was strapped up an put in an ambulance so couldnt do much

you must have some witnesses at a busy roundabout, though the fact of where you hit him should be enough if he was to contest it. you'll get the money out of him
