On the bike would be good :)

Every bike is different, best to be somewhere visible just so theres less chance of leaving it on :)

Not sure where would be the best place on yours mate, on mine they are just under the clocks on the support brace.

I would recommend putting them on the left hand side though as it makes it easier to adjust when riding and you can check them easily without having to piss about with the handlebars

Ash, put it just to the left of the big bolty thingy from the forks, I'm sure you have a SRAD top yoke on there now ??, well thats where I had mine.

Here's how i mounted the monster box:-

I'm going to run it like this over winter (attached with a cable tie) and see if i really need variable temp, if i do I'm either going to find a small variable switch and put it in one of the many holes in my dash (which were for my old heated grips switch) or just take the box off and putt it back on when the cold weather comes back, TBH its not that i dislike the switch but it just sooo big

Got daytona (not the bike) hot grips on my Daytona (the bike) and mounted the switch where you have last winter. Have got bullet conectors on the wires so when the better weather came could just unplug the grips. Stuck the switch on with double sided sticky like No plate tape and then pulled off and cleaned the tape off yoke come better weather. Gonna put back on soon and should be quick to do. :D

Fitted the Oxford wraps to the Gsxr tonight and it only has an on/off swich with a warning light so the box is small.

What gets me about that MASSIVE large temp control box pictured in Ash's photo is yeah fab in the day light and got a lovely little red led light to let you know its on but when you ride in the dark like i do to and frow work you can't bleedin see what the temp is set at. So if they are gettin a bit too warm you are left fiddling around trying to see where to set it.

They should of had the temp control knob alluminated somehow
