ive been using bearshare for ages now but doesnt seem all that good

I use torrentleach.org and BitTorrent. Torrent leach is one of the very few sites where EVERYTHING is what it says it is, and it is heavily moderated so anything with a virus gets taken off.
Much better than the usual Limewire / Napster junk.
I have had download speeds of up to 800kbps with bittorrent

You have to join rapidshare (4.99 on a monthly basis - but it is REALLY quick and even had the new Pirates movie (not great quality but not filmed by a cam) and also 300 - excellent DVD quality (downloaded in under 10 minutes. Also most music that is new!

download a bittorrent client such as bitlord or shadows experimental client and download movies albums or games from bittorrent sites such as torrent spy, pirate bay,mininova etc.
