after any ride much longer than about two hours, i always start to get numb bum syndrome, has anyone ever had any luck with gel inserts or gel pads, anything like that? As im heading on a tour of europe in a couple of weeks, i really should get it sorted or its going to be miserable

I started up something about airhawk seats and the last reply pointed me in a direction for the gel seats - http://www.motorbike-seats.co.uk/

What bike do you ride? Sometimes the gluets go numb because of poor lower lumber flexibility. The key is to move hips and knees occasionally (ideally in corners!). Hope you get it sorted.
