Just a quick suggestion about the for sale/wants section of the website.

Having just posted my bike for sale (shameless plug, there) I noticed that admin staff adverts are all posted as 'stickies' and us mere mortals have to advertise about 8 posts down the table. Fair enough, being admin has its perks, but at the expense of other paying members? Shouldn't the newest post stay at the top regardless of how long you've been at SWB or your website status? Forgive me if I'm out of line for saying this but it doesn't appear fair - not for me, not for anyone wanting to sell a bike. As goes for a PS3 being higher priority than a bike sale on a 'bikers' website to warrant having a sticky, I'm not sure I fully understand the logic in that one.

This means, I like everybody else, don't have to scroll halfway down the page to get to the newest item for sale and that admins adverts aren't always the first to be seen.

If this isn't set to change then why don't we all just email our adverts to admin and they can put all our ads up as stickies?

And on another note, shouldn't the Opie Oils discount post be on the 'Members Discount' section?! Not sure that this is being consistant with the rest of the website.

If any of you care to read the main thread on the Sales/wants, all you have to do is PM anyone from Mod to Admin to have yours "Stickied"

It was agreed at a meeting that any sales/wants could be stickied for I think it was 6 or 8 weeks.

Your VFR is now a "Stickie"

and i thought it was just me that was fed up with posting a ad then thinking it wasnt posted when it was really half way down the page
