Just to introduce myself.
I come from Nailsea just south west of Bristol and ride a 2003 Yamaha Fazer 1000.
I've been all over the place on it from as far as the Ukraine and Morocco. So far this year I've done 2 track days. Silverstone and Rockingham.
It's now done 47000 miles and apart from Tyres and chain, I've relaced fork seals, Changed the shock for a lesser miles one, checked valves once, replaced the clutch cable and now have to have the clutch sorted as it wont go into neutral with engine running ( though the clutch works ok otherwise) . As you can see Ive also given it a new paint job. Tyres are Bridgestone BT21 and the older BT20s used to last 6000 for a rear and 12000 for a front.
Its a good lazy bike for and old man !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
