grey imports

does anyone know any good sites for importing motorbikes ? as im moving to france next year it would be cheaper to get a grey import , no need for uk model ! cheers adam

Imported from where? Grey generally means imported from Japan and since they drive/ride on the same side of the road as us the headlights dip the same way. Imports from France/Germany etc are called parallel imports and headlights etc are changed to UK onces.

well parallel import or grey import , just thought id go for cheaper option !! after a firblade 954 or 929, was just wondering if anyone could help, or if anyone has bought from an import site ????

watch out though cause I think imports from some counties like France are restricted to 100 bhp :(

arent bat are usually expensive, the french bikes have a 100bhp limit so your better off buying a uk bike and exporting it or buying a us spec import bike that'll be cheaper than a uk bike. the problem you'll have is that your not looking at a new bike and importing a bike would probably work out to be more expensive and less hassle than buying a uk bike, anyways i thought your dad owes you a bike ?

yer he does owe me one , just thought if i could get an import i could get a newer and better deal hehe ! well i dont think il be going for a european import 100bhp no thanks , just get a uk bike save some extra pennies to put towards it aswell !
