road finding recce sunday morning leaving bridgwater 7 am heading towards yeovil then up to shepton, on to cheddar, through the gorge up to weston then back down to bridgwater sounds like a know where i'm going, but most of it will be make up as you go along, so will be more of a bimble than a blast anyone welcome to tag along

sounds like a nice route there.....

alright smiler how you going, feeling any better? did the early morning run sunday from exeter which was great, which got me thinking, all the routes i do head back to devon, there are some great roads in somerset, the bridgwater yeovil road via aller is good as is the back road from weston to burnham, going out to try and put a good route together.

you're so right, we have some great roads locally - Mendips towards Frome, and drop down into Dorset is a nice loop, depends on how long you want to ride for.

Nice to have someone a bit further North of Exeter on here!! I'd love to do those really early rides across the moors, but its an hour getting to Exeter b4 you start, so MEGA early morning!!! and esp on a sunday......ouch!

yeah know what you mean ended up doing 11 hours on sunday, but still didn't want to come in, will post up whats happening, but am up for a blast anytime
