Just heard that one of our long serving members and good friend has today had a wipe out and written his bike off...

Apparently he hit some Icy slush and that was it...

Sad news mate... But glad you're ok.

Either way, whoever it is I hope they 1. are OK themselves and 2. are covered by insurance 3. shout if they need any help

Hope whoever it is is ok, Bikes can be fixed people are alot harder to fix.

Bit bruised, sore shoulder and Hip.

He's just told me that it was a burst water main that caused a river of ice on the road, so hopefully SWW may be liable.

It's looking to be a bad winter for two wheels this.

i had the text too,hes not had much luck with his car either withsome reversing into it in a car park and smashing the rad

dont think the bikes a write off ( just yet ) but lots of right sided damage

after speaking to the wife he may be able to get a payout,depends on if the split pipe had been reported before the accident or not until afterwards, if it was before he has a good case for a claim
