Won't wear another brand now, have tried agv,suomy and shoei and the arai is the best fit and comfort for me so much so that yesterday I preordered a new arai that's due out in august !!

Really light and comfy

not sure of the model numbers but i have

3x shoei's, feels lovely on and fits really well
1x arai astro r, again feels great and looks good
1x suomi, feeels a bit like a bucket and the side pods are annoying
1x nitro, just bought this in a sale,looks really good but comfort isnt all that good

Shoei all the way for me, I'm currently using an XR1000, and X spirit, with a Raid for spare, previously had a Shoei Z one which sustained a huge impact but saved my head in a high speed collision with a car and armco barrier, unconcious for several hours and 18 busted bones elsewhere but my head was intact afterwards, now I won't wear anything else other than Shoei

Managed to smash in the back of my Arai Condor in my accident.. and now I've ended up with a bloody huge scar in the back of my head!

Before getting a new lid again I tried every single brand.. expensive brands.. not cheap crap.. I wanted a Shoei MultiTec.. because I wanted a Flip-Lid.. but they wouldnt fit on my head properly.. Must have tried 20 different helmets.. but it would seem that only Arai fit my head comfortably!
