Where would you go in Cornwall to get some wheels painted??

Fancy getting my rims painted black :)

theres a place in bodmin , my dad got his wheels powdercoated yellow n they look mint n a damn good finish too only 25 per weheel , il find oiut the name of the place !

Thought you would use Mortley Jim? leave your bike on paddock stands.. whip off the brake discs and tell him to mask up.. and paint with tyre in place.

You could have it all done in a day.. off.. painted.. and back on again before dinner.. :D

Mortley is alright, but it wont be an in and out in a day job!

I'd rather get a powder coat, alot tougher, I'm considering getting my rearsets done aswell

We were talking about this the other day, as I have always had my wheels powder-coated ..... but it does tend to chip, and when it does it can't be patched up, just re-coated :evil: Whilst paint is generally a little softer, modern ones are pretty resilient, especially with a few coats of good clear over the top, and then at least if you scratch or chip them they can be touched up pretty easily :?
