Well this feels like a huuge step up from a rs125 to be honest, but here she is in all her glory
'94 FZR600R
I think its time to get the washers out, riding it like a rs125 isnt doing good for my fuel economy
I didnt pay that bad a price for the state its in either, got one issue and thats shifting 1st to second it makes a loud knock, but im told alot of bigger bikes do this?
Cheers

Looking at a remus can as apparently all thundercat things fit the fzr
i only blow 2strokes up

might sound slightly gay but the power scares me after coming from a rs125, the owner said he can do 160miles to a tank, ive got 80 and fuel lights on

looks good mate...the milage will come when you get used to what gear to be in etc...
and you will soon get used to the power,alot of peeps would be afraid to say it scares them.But that a good thing cos old biker told me once " you dont wanna go riding faster than your angel can fly "

Ask Tristan hes got a Delkevic can he doesn't use for his one.
You will get used to the speed eventually, Rs125 to a sports 6 is quite a jump, just take it easy.

First bike I got my knee down on.! Good but temperamental. Ring its fekkin neck and embarass a lot of people on newer stuff but do it within your comfort zone.
You will have a ball on it as long as you look after it;

Mine drank oil for fun, ate wheel bearings and had a few minors with electrics. Swapped it for a CBR600 in the end as it was more reliable but nowhere near as much fun.

An endcan is not going to do much for the bike other than changing the noise levels. If you want performance gains then a full system is the only way forward. Avoid Delkevic headers and Motad headers, as they are just replacements rather than performance and can be difficult to get set up correctly. Save your money up and get something like Akra or Yoshi or similar quality systems. As with anything you get what you pay for.

very nice mate. you'll have a ball on it. i'm not sure what you mean by 'knock' but it should nicely 'clunk' into gear so depending how it feels it might need keeping an eye on.

Most bikes will clunk from 1st to 2nd as there is a large gap going through neutral into 2nd gear. Check your clutch adjustment if the clutch is not fully disengaging then it will make more of a clunk as you change into 2nd.
The gearboxes on both these, the Thundercats and Fazer 600s all have issues with 2nd gear wearing the dogs which causes jumping out of 2nd gear under load, this requires a new 2nd gear and 5th gear and usually a selector fork, but unless you are having major problems with engaging 2nd or you are constantly changing up into 2nd without the clutch then don't worry unduely about it.
