i have a 190/55/zr17 on the back at the moment..

will a 190/50/zr17 be ok??

50 profile will be flatter, it wont turn as quickly as a 55 and the 55 has better side grip but why are you running a 190 on a 600? It should be a 170/180.

it came with a 190. will a 180 be ok?

My ZX636 A1P came with a 5.5J rear wheel and a 180 tyre.. I know the earlier ZX6R's had 170's but I dont know where the change over was..

A 190 rear tyre is huge! I bet cost alot of money too.. I'd drop to a 180..

yep just ordered up a set or michelin road sport things (they're shit) i had them on my 50 and managed to slip off in a carpark on them! haha (180 on rear) tis' what happens when your skint! will make riding it interesting...
