Im a little confused, when i bought the bike the chap said he had used it all of last summer to commute to work in exeter. But when i bought it there was only 200 more miles on the clock than the MOT in 2007!!!!!!!!

you were SOLD a bike, hook line and sinker by the sounds of it. did you hpi check it before you bought it ???

Nope didnt bother with a HPI they cost like 25 quid dont they!

£20 for a good one, there used to be a text service that cost £2.50 a text,helped stop me buying a cat c car a few years ago

Maybe he was running it without the speedo connected to keep the mileage down.
