I find this odd Bristol police usually aren't too fussed where you park your bike. Maybe this is a sign of a crack down to come!!!

But also utterly rediculous!!

A friend of mine was done for this cos he rode his bike across to get to his shed.

He applied to the local council for a droped kerb and they put it in free.

They should pay more attention to cars parked half on pavments.

Some of the laws stink in the uk. But at least they have loop holes. :P

fookin hell cornwall council charged my next door neightbours £160 PER kerb when they needed 5 changed for the car to be parked in their own garden. for a bike you'd need 3 which is nearly £500 and as its a public highway your not able to do it yourself even if its what you do for a living

So is stealing motorcycles illegal, but I get the impression the old bill aren't bothered about that so why would they about something so trivial as pushing you bike across the pavement?? Oh cos I expect they can fine you for it so make money

So all anti-social kids & their mates can ride their push-bikes [refered to as "BICYCLES"] on pavements and cause a big nuisance/hazard etc but us on Motorbikes [also refered to as "BICYCLES" - see ref on tax disc!] cannot push them over a pavement.

It seems to be a clear cut case of roll over and pay the fine... or fight it!

ALL motorcyclist that run our of fuel should undergo a firing squad and IF they survive then they should be welcomed back into society as the 'STRANGE' cousin that we all suffer :D :D

Whats a "neighbourhood inspector" :? not heard of that one before ......

Either way, I really can't see anyone in the CPS bothering to pursue that one  I'd just carry on doing what has always been done.

Oddly enough, I think I've bought an SV tail unit off that bloke in the past
