I don't mind if the limit is placed in sensible places, eg. schools, hospital access, play parks etc.
Just as long as it doesn't set a precedent for open road restrictions.

But knowing Devon CC's approach to speeding, and the need to increase revenue streams, it is inevitable it will be across the board - I can think of so many roads that once had national speed limits that are not not just 50, or even 40, but in some cases 30mph now
