Can anyone find any reference in the "Governments Response" to the actual point of the petition :roll:

yeah i had a response the other day.

Half a page of political waffle thats boiled down to 'we aren't gonna make that choice as we can earn money from it so will leave it up to local authorities'

so i would say if u are leading a 'lively' rideout make sure everyone agrees to chuck in for the group fine :D
