I got one, seems ok and quite comfy.

Mines a forcefield one and thankfully all i can a is its comfy. did a lot of reading up and the forcefield one seems to come out best, a mag did a feature back a while were some Back protectors offered as much cushioning as a cheese n ham sandwich!

Thanks Mike, it was notable on a TD this year where around 3/4 of the Novice group didnt have a back protector. Kinda hit home with me, so when I saw this one (for Ladies! lol) I thought I'd give it a try. Hoping it wont be too obtrusive but I'm sure its something you get used to..?

Got one,Very comfy, dont know it's there, wouldn't ride without it now.

The ones built into jackets really are crap, just a piece of foam.
