HEL are on te road to Tedburn St Mary, not Tiverton as Tom (Milky) suggested. If you rode out of Exeter heading towards Tiverton hoping to see HEL en-route, you'd be sorely disapointed.

depending on what you want done, try Exeter Auto Services on the City trading estate, haven banks.
