Well the old 1050 ain't that competitive but I like it

I don't know mate set of slicks and some clipons may be quicker tha some of the CRT's

I dunno whether I'm pleased or sad ....... it's effectively admitting defeat isn't it - and I dunno whether he can truly recapture his form now ......

By the way, it worth reading Lorenzo's thoughts on the matter, he definately believes Rossi is past it (reading between the corperate lines of course ;) ).

To be honest, I agree that Rossi giving up on Ducati is a shame, but it sounds like Audi are not going to involve themselves in technical support to the MotoGP effort, just give some financial backbone. I can understand if Cal goes to Ducati, its perhaps his only chance of a factory ride, but we'll see if his riding style can overcome the lack of parts and updates that every rider has complained about when in their team. Its the one thing Stoner and Rossi agree on .

The worst part of all this speculation is everyone is focusing on next season and not the growing title battle between Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa and Cal performing the best a British racer has done in decades.

I feel sorry for Dovi the house elf. He's been going well this season and would deserve that ride.

At the risk of opening a can of worms. I've never thought that Rossi was as good as Mike 'The Bike'. In my opinion, he is the best racer ever with Rossi 2nd... currently.
