I cant seem to upload any of my pics as an avatar as they are all too big. Smallest that windows picture manager can get it to is 16.8 kb. Gotta be less that 9.
How have you guys all done it?

I used 'paint' if you look in the view settings there you can set your own size.

theres an option to shrink to the correct size on Photobucket
