I wonder if people would put these on their bikes if they had the original Cheng Shin moniker on the sidewall ? I suppose Maxxis sounds a bit more exotic in a British Leyland kind of way ;)

I did a short review of them a while ago, managed just under 4000 miles on my last set, but they really began to handle funny when they went off at about 3500, the middle gets really pronounced and they are quite sudden in the move from upright to leant over, not hideous but definately noticable. Not bad for grip except on proper warm days had a few slips once they were ridden hard for a couple of hours ( road not track), wet grip was always good until they were 3000 plus miles old. I would consider using them again, but i got a better deal on BT-021's from my local dealer so I'm back to Bridgestone for the moment. ;)
