Sooooooo.........Sunday eh??
Brilliant Moto2 race, Redding did really well, rode with skill and maturity and totally deserved the win. Have to say Nakagami did a great job too, he's definitely coming into his own over the these last few races. Brilliant
!
Now the big one, Lorenzo versus Marquez, edge of seat for those last few laps, whilst Dani? well, I had high hopes for him this year, I genuinely thought he could take the championship at the start of the season. I wonder how long Honda will support him, especially with Bradl stepping up his game and Bautista taking it to Rossi every race since the break?
Finally, our great white hope Cal. Is this a case of 'careful what you wish for' syndrome, the long awaited new fuel tank seems to have buggered up the bike more than the stopping problem he had before? Personally I reckon he should go back to the settings he had before the break and get back on the podium.......possibly! Or can it be that every one else has had new parts and have all stepped up their pace and the satellite M1 is now showing its failings?
Maybe its like I said to Burnthouse on Sunday afternoon, is it just a case of Cal practising for his move to Ducati, good qualifying, crap race result
!!
Either way I hope he sorts it out by Misano ( I think that's next?) and gets back to the front where he's shown he can run comfortably. Go on Cal, do it for the Brits
