Probably best to let your bike cool down before you stick it in the shed.

If you are going to store the bike then one of these might help
http://www.vac-bag.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
If you are still using the bike on a regular basis then drying it off and using a cloth cover helps. I use old duvet covers in the garage.
Spraying it with anti-corrosion spray FS365 etc will help too. Just make sure you spray anything that might rust! (excluding discs of course!).

does it have a tin roof? I store my bike in a shed and never suffer condensation problems, but that has a plywood and felt roof.
You could try lining the roof area with 4mm marine ply, that should be enough to create an insulation gap and any condensation from the roof won't penetrate the ply liner. Its also unusual for a shed to need extra ventilation, most have enough gaps around doors and windows to control average temperature variations. Also does it have a concrete floor? Again if you lay carpet or a plywood floor ( battened underneath to allow airflow) that will act as an insulation barrier.

I wouldnt worry about it. My shed suffers from really bad condensation but doesnt cause any rust or other problems. Its been the same for the past 10 years.

If all else fails get some silica gel sachets (same you get in shoe boxes)
This absorbs moisture and might help,
