Had a fabulous day out. So ok, it's not the nec show with only half the stuff and half the manufacturers. We (me and her) both enjoyed the experience as it seemed to be a lot more personal. Extremely friendly people and of course we got to meet our racing heroes. I will go again most definitely. Got talking to a few of the stall guys and a few stuck out.

http://www.biketoursforthewounded.co.uk/ not a registered charity but an interesting and worthy cause. They organise Route66 tours and you carry an injured ex serviceman as pillion. Basically YOU raise the cash through sponsorship, and out of it you get flights,a bike, and accomodation and tour Route 66 from Vegas.

http://www.bikecolours.com/ Got some caspian blue touch up paint from them with a clear coat.

http://www.sorrymate.com/ free legal advice on registration.

And to top the day off nicely, as we left the show and went outside, Sally had a fag and I got talking to this guy about the nice cafe racer race bikes including the Mike Hailwood 6 cylinder RC166 when he said "Did you hear me fire it up?" It only turns out that I was talking to David Hailwood, Mike's son. :-bd

Pint of Dutch finest in De Hems cafe bar in Soho followed by 3 course Chinese in Chinatown. Brilliant day \m/
