MODIFIED MANIA CAR AND BIKE SHOW

Hi all.
I am in charge of getting bikes to this event. please help me
This is the first year they have included bikes in the show, and basically I think it would be pretty good if we managed to get more bikes there than cars....just to intimidate them more than anything. Pah hahaha
Its on Sunday 27th July at Smeatharpe Stadium, I think we have to be there for about 9. I haven't yet organised a time to meet. But it will be in Exeter, possibly the services as its the most convenient for everyone. The ticket price is £8.50 but they need to be pre booked so they know how many bikes they need to cater for on the stand. Ask your friends I need to know by the end of month how many people with bikes will be attending.
