One or Two Piece Leathers

What is the general consensus on leathers.
I own a two piece set of Alpinestars but considering a one piece set.
I know one pieces can be a pain to get into but they do offer more protection than a two piece.
I commute over 35miles a day and prefer leathers over textiles.

Hi Wayne, welcome to the site :) pop along to the intro section and tell us a bit about yourself .....

As for your question - horses for courses really ..... One piece is great on the track, and generally a little more comfy as there is less restriction around the waist, etc., but they're a pain in the b** to wander around in all day.

Hi Guys

I'm for both, I used a set of Dainese two piece leathers for years and had a big crash at Pembrey in them and they held up really well. Now I have just got a set of Dainese one piece leathers, as TLS-moose said it's 'horses for courses'

:)): I guess its what ever is comfortable and how easy it is to get in and out of them.
