Can any one say if Kennard's Motor Cycles are still trading please,

A friend has his Harley in there for service and repair and the phone just says out of service, if they have gone bust can they keep the bike as a asset etc?

Can't say for definate but I don't think they can as it's not their property. All it should mean is your friend would have to show the receivers/ baillifs his documents of ownership if it came to it.
