Triple Lutz

Today I went for fuel in a Tesco station. Was packed, and I went to the only available pump.
Stopped, and put pump-side foot down which slid outwards uncontrollably. Luckily there was a 'kerb' against which my foot stopped. Now I am balanced between losing the bike completely and staying upright. Just held it, but could not get the impetus/angle to get vertical. Helping hand arrived (thanks, whoever you were) to save the day.
A small quantity of sand had been dumped on a spillage and then left to catch the next customer out.
