Hi GP,
I struggled with this at first but cracked it in the end. Try this:

1. Go to youtube, find the track you want to link, make sure the track runs.
2. Instead of clicking the link under the video window, right click the www. bar at the top of the page, you should get a drop down box, left click "Copy".

Next go to the "insert web video" (the little black camera icon) on the "Post Reply" box and click on it, You will then get a pop-up box for "Insert Web Video".
Right click in the bar marked "Enter Link For BBVideo" and select paste to drop the copied link in place. Then you have to delete the following parts of the link you just pasted as follows:
1. The link will contain "https://, Delete the "s".
2. Then click "Insert Into Message".
3. The link should read [bbvideo 425,350]http://www.whatever video, you have to delete "425,350" and then you can either select "Preview" to check that the youtube video window is displayed or "Submit" to post without checking.

I hope that helps :D
