Not a bad place to start but do some more reearch as well because I think there may be some things missing and some things which are not quite right in the France one at least. For example the reflective stickers on helmets only applies to helmets bought in France not to visitors (although many advise using them anyway to avoid getting pulled over by police who don't know that). Also no mention of ZCF critical air zones which could leave you unable to get where you need to get.
