I,m in A/E with my wife lyn She,s broke her arm and wrist jumping out of the way of a car round a corner in goodrington paignton driving like an idiot beeping his horn on a narrow lane with no pavements and saw what happened but just drove off. and tthen while shes leying in the road other cars are beeping and just driving by no one stopped. she walked back home [she was out walking] my son took her straight to a/e torbay . excuse the spelling doing it on my phone. ~x(

Bad enough doing it , but driving off and not stopping is terrible , and an offence I reckon , shame there is no CCTV or reg numbers ,

Ditto all of the above. Odds on they weren't insured, taxed or even licenced.. may be I'm making assumptions but these knobs are almost the norm now a days.

Hope your wife is better soon with no lasting injuries Skippy. And It's worth reporting, even if they can do nothing about it, it's another statistic to highlight an all to common growing problem...
