Sorry more ACF50 questions.
Right my dirt bike was given a bloody good clean and acf50 brushed in and wiped down with the oily rag.
Now my problem is I've only gone and covered it in mud So I get home and pressure wash it with no soap or chemicals.
Is the bike still protected?

not sure , I was recommeneded that rinsing off the mud with a garden hose was the best bet,

The acf provides a layer to prevent it from corrosion over time doesn't it?
It's probably water soluble.

Otherwise, one coat of it would then mean that you never have to do it again. Ever.

Areas not in direct contact with the elements ie tank/seat areas, electrics require treating approx once a year. Other exposed areas re-apply as necessary. You can tell the product is still 'Active; as water will bead on contact...having no water content and not being water soluble ACF-50 only dissipates by being 'sacrificial' whilst stopping existing or new corrosion so just re-treat as required.

Ahh! That would explain it my bottle came in aviation packaging, so didn't know it was also marketed at bikes. Only mentioned chemical exposure and abrasion for reapplication.

I reapply it to my bikes after every wash, summer or winter. Compressor and spray gun. Takes two minutes. (Don't forget to clean the brakes discs).
