Ride as though they ARE all out to get you? Don't get aggressive on a vulnerable motorbike? And if he tries showing that video to the police he would likely get charged with criminal damage and/or road rage, apart from whatever the driver got!

The rider should get criminal damage (minor). The driver should get due care for pulling out, followed by dangerous driving for the ram... and maybe a public order offence for being a tool towards everyone there! Avoidable though if the rider showed a little more restraint!

Rider should have been given a knighthood as bikers are all very brave, and that driver should have sent down for 15 year for attempted manslaughter.
