Depending on date / route / weather, I can usually dig up a few Brizzles for this type of thing.

i guess you need to look at school location, is it starting or finishing there?
from that point, a route is pretty easy to come up with, how long a route, what type of pace, avoiding towns etc, fuel stops if it's over 100 miles (ducatis)

etc

I have a few weekends free in April and May, know the Somerset and Devon roads well and will be happy to help you plan a suitable route, can make it as long or as short as you like; also need to know whether it'll be a 'Friendly' or if we'll be 'making progress'. Taunton's an excellent jump off point for a ride out - head north into the boondocks and after that the world's your lobster :D !

If it's a fund raiser run then you'll have to not bring the organisation down, so a friendly style run would attract more, especially if some of the kids parents had bikes and wanted to take part.

. . . . and here's me thinking he said FUN raiser! It's back to Specsavers for me for a refund then . . . . . .

Point taken though, given the organisation involved it probably needs to be a 'friendly' style ride - I'll still help out if needed though.

Definitely up for that... Make sure it won't clash with Plymouth mega ride or DAAT ride as those will take a lot of folks away...
No idea when those dates are though..
