Looking for a machine shop/fabricator.

Who do people use for little fabricating, welding and machining jobs on their bikes? I've been using PHW Fabrications in Tilbury, as I used to live near there but it's a bloody long run from where I live now (Exeterish).

I need a couple of jobs doing on my 350LC, reaming out worn ovalised holes and bushing them. One is the sidestand pivot so the shop would have to be able to take the full rolling chassis and work it in situ.

I'm a bit out of touch with who's about in Exeter now, so can't really say for "pocket money" people, but for general machining/broken bolts/etc try Autoservice & Spares on the City Industrial Estate, Haven Banks.

Also, have a word with Derek at CMS. They do odd bits and pieces, and if they can't he'll be able to point you towards someone.
