J&S Accessories

Post by Funky »

I e-mailed them about my boots (Swift M2R) that I bought just after christmas as they are falling apart and I recieved this reply..
Hi there thanks very much for your e-mail - I do have to say I am very shocked by these pictures! These are still under our guarantee Please let me know what you would like to do - I can offer you the same boot again (but I doubt you'd want it!) another boot or a refund. Please look at http://www.jsaccessories.co.uk for some replacement boots.
I have chosen to have a replacement boot of a Frank Thomas FTH 20124. I've dealt with J&S before and was really pleased with their customer service this just cements it for me. Brilliant guys!

Yip. A superb bunch of guys who like to treat bikers like we have the same consumer rights as everyone else. I've been in today and bought some leather cleaner. The guy didnt know if it was any good so he let me try it on a small patch on my leathers first. Its excellent. Just done 2 sets of leathers with it and there is loads left. "Doctor Bike Leather Groom Cleaner". Get it at J&S for a fiver.

to be honest, there are so many new brand names out there , no one knows how good they are against other brands until they've been tried and tested.
Here's another.............

I got my new boots today, they picked up the old ones, I'm very pleased with them so far. Does everyone else find it weird riding with new boots?

I use J&S here in the Pompey area and they are a great bunch. I went in there yesterday to purchase a new lid for the wifes birthday. Shoei XR1000 Ray. It was hundred quid cheaper than any other shop in the area.

I also bought myself some new leather trousers (AStars Track pants) and the fella knocked off 15 quid from the rrp. We even had a coffee made for us as well.

Saying that, the HG in Pompey is also very good as well.
