It's on pre-mix, but I was running it a touch rich because it's on brand new main bearings and a new (to me) crank. I started it off at 25:1 but moved it back to 30:1 before I went on track, apparently it needs even less oil! Better safe than sorry I guess though. I would have liked to have had more...

What a day, thanks toSpeedy for organising it, and letting me loose on his pride and joy.

And I would like to thank my personal skill for not wiping out both of us when I locked the front wheel coming into the bus stop mid-outbraking-maneuvre.

Personally I'll be taking a shit load of tools, gaffer tape and cable ties.

I am generally crapping myself.

I have tested my bike for less than 5 minutes. It started, ran terribly and that was it.

And that is the state it will come out of the van into Llandow paddock.
I'm taking my bandit road bike too, just in case!
