But surely if he wasn't on the motorcycle when he passed the camera then he wasn't actually riding at the time of the incident, hope he has a good lawyer ;) exactly, I am sure there was a case ages ago, not even sur ewhat country it was but the rider was speeding and came off the bike, but wasnt do...

because the engine and cooling system or something broke and it was too expensive to repair, so he gave it to his local gun range for target practice
