Hi there i have just purchased a 1999 xr 400 and its puzzling me, its starts fine and ticks over but when i try to rev it it dies on me, but when i go to full choke and back to choke off a few times it clears and revs up, and when its revved up its fine ?????? Any idea what it is ? , i thought maybe...
