micron exhaust

hi people im not the most switched on person with things like this but i have tryed to remove the baffles from my micron exhaust on the bandit but when doing so i found in side the end of the baffle is spreed out like a Y shape this meens i cant pull it through and jams, the baffles im told are removable so can i do it with out messing it all up or and i just stupid and doing something wrong...lol. you dont have to answer that bit :D

Is the person who told you they are removeable a reliable source of information?

I don't have first hand experience (or 2nd, or 3rd for that matter) of Micron cans, but it might be easier to answer the question if you could take a photo or two... 8)

bridge fitted it and said the baffle can be removed but will give the bike flat spots and that i just needed to remove the screw and that is as far as i have got as the baffle will not pull all the way out

In which direction are you trying to take it out? have you tried the other way?

OTHER WAY? iv tryed taking it out from the end of the can. the screw holds in in place..yeah? then just pull in out? :?

hi means take the can off then slide it out the bottom?

good luck, best to rejet the bike too
