my bike broke on sunday. found the casue of the problem today lol. :thumbsup:

How the hell did you manage that :shock: and what state is the output shaft in :? :roll:

The teeth are wearing thin an they are startin to hook !

i ssen one the other day i had to laugh all the teeth were missing from the outside just looked like a wavy disc
35 years on 2 wheels, 26 years on the road and always has a spanner in my hand

ahh not too bad considering. but after putting the new sprocket on drove up to cms and they chucked a few spot welds on it. safer then sorry i always say :lol:

i did that on my 50cc dumping the clutch for wheelies.

what happens when the time comes to change the sprocket and you have a few spot welds to deal with too?

grind em off, new sprocket and spot weld em back on lol. :lol: job done:P
