hi all.
tried to set the static sag the other day on my zx636r. needed to put the front end to the hardest setting for my weight. but it did not seem to change any thing. redid the measurments they had not changed. any ideas.

hi mate, what did u adjust to get the rider/static sag. i take it your doing both??? and at what measurements are you using?

hi i changed the fork preload. it was set with 2.5 rings showing. did the same for the rear. i used the guide from the how to section" not to happy as theforks bottomed out huder sharp heavy breaking yesterday. wanted to see if things set different from standard made a difference as i am 17 stone light. was told in the tutorial 25mm for the road is right.
